Do you recommend The Bailee Doll for babies?
- No, I do not recommend The Bailee Doll for babies or toddlers. Even though she is made with safety eyes which would be extremely difficult to remove, The Baillee Doll is not recommended for any child who is teething or putting things in their mouth. I would recommend The Bailee Doll for ages 4-adult.
When will my doll be shipped?
- Once your order is placed and payment is processed, please allow 1-3 days for shipping. Once the doll is shipped, you will be notified and the tracking number will be provided.
Do you ship internationally?
- Not at this time.
Are returns accepted?
- Returns are accepted within 7 (seven) days of delivery provided the doll is returned in the same condition it was shipped. Once I receive the doll in its original condition, you will be reimbursed. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
How do I care for my doll?
- The yarn may pill or become fuzzy the more the doll is handled in the same way a sweater does. A fabric shaver/lint remover can be gently used to remove the fuzz.
- I do not recommend washing the doll. If absolutely necessary, I would place the doll in a mesh bag and immerse gently in a sink filled with warm water. Wrap the doll in a towel and gently squeeze out the water. Gently shape the doll back to its original form.
- Clothing is removable but not recommended. It takes a bit of tugging/pulling to dress/undress the doll which could potentially cause some flattening or deformity of the stuffing.
- If The Bailee Doll's curl starts to flatten in the back (this can occur if the doll is placed on her back for long periods of time), you can easily re-shape it by gently squeezing/rolling the curl with your fingers. I recommend placing the doll on her front side when not in use.
Do you accept custom orders?
- I will not be taking custom orders. I try my best to offer a variety of hair colors, skin colors and clothing colors which hopefully will appeal to everyone.
